Rules we are bound by
- Code of conduct: integrity, honesty, no discrimination (Article 55)

Checks and balances
- Three independent bodies. The Audit Committee, the Judicial Council and the Electoral Commission each work independently of the Executive.
- Senate oversight. The Senate approves policies, budgets and key appointments, and oversees the Executive Committee.
- Limited terms. Officers serve two years and may hold the same office for no more than two consecutive terms.
- Performance reviews. Officers are evaluated at mid-term and at the end of their term, and the report goes to Congress.
- Qualified Treasurer. The Treasurer must hold a degree in accounting, auditing or finance, or be at least at Level II with a recognised accounting body.
How we follow up on projects
Plan. The Projects and Programmes Committee designs each project.
Deliver. The Organizing Secretary coordinates the activities and logistics.
Monitor. The committee tracks outcomes, and the Organizing Secretary helps with monitoring and evaluation.
Report. The Executive reports to the Senate and Congress, and the President presents an annual report.
