Peace, love and harmony, in practice.

What we stand for
- Peace and unity
- Tolerance and social cohesion come first. We settle differences through dialogue.
- Love and compassion
- We want a society built on compassion, justice and harmony, and we start by being kind.
- Openness and fairness
- Transparency, accountability, inclusiveness and the rule of law guide our decisions.
How we are governed
Our constitution is the supreme law of the Foundation. It shares power between six bodies, so no one person or group decides alone.
- General Assembly (Congress)
- All registered members. The highest decision-making body. It elects the Executive Committee, approves budgets and financial reports, and can amend the constitution.
- Senate
- Advises on strategy and oversees the Executive Committee. It approves policies, budgets and key appointments.
- Executive Committee
- Runs the Foundation day to day and carries out programmes and projects. It reports regularly to the Senate and Congress.
- Judicial Council
- Independent of all other bodies. It interprets the constitution, settles disputes and hears election petitions.
- Electoral Commission
- Independent. It conducts every election, registers voters and publishes the rules.
- Committees
- Finance, Audit, Welfare, Projects and Programmes, and Research and Development, plus short-term committees when needed.
